I am hosting 2 accounts @godaddy and month ago i did change host password, ftp user/password (1 only for each account). Week ago hackers found the way got into ftp erased all files/folders and dropped all mysqls. The reason i know hacker came from ftp @root (/) is that i have a few other domains hosted on the same host account. Hackers also deleted the domain name pointing folders.
What is security to protect ftp account?

It looks like someone hacked my vbulletin forum and has added IFRAMES to it. dydy[dot]biz. Could you help me to make these changes you suggest and make sure this doesn’t happen again?
